Currently serving as the Service Manager for Tom Williams BMW I have a great opportunity to work with the most experienced professionals in the business, also a terrific client base. I started in the automotive industry at the age of fifteen. After years of working as a technician I moved to the parts side of the business extending my career as a regional parts manager for a local wholesale parts supplier. After great success with the parts industry I became the service manager for BEBCO, a local automotive and diesel repair facility where I continued to grow my talents and expand my management knowledge.
Having many opportunities beyond the automotive industry, I found myself migrating back to my passion of cars. I started with Tom Williams BMW as a service advisor in the fall of 2012. It was an incredible opportunity to work with great clientele and develop long lasting relationships with some of the best customers in the world.
In my off time, I love to spend time with my family, coaching youth soccer, playing my guitar and cooking. I love to travel and experience new adventures. I also enjoy learning, whether through formal training, research, or even when it comes from a would be mistake. I believe that a big part of learning is the responsibility to share what was learned with others.
My commitment to Tom Williams BMW is to lead my staff to deliver the Ultimate Service Experience for our customers. To work with honestly and integrity and to show our customers they are important to our family.
I am originally from Jacksonville, FL where I graduated high school in 1992. During that time I was an ocean lifeguard which began my desire to help and serve others. I started my automotive career in 1999 working for Ford Motor Credit Company at which I held several positions that honed my customer service skills and dealer operations knowledge. I have been with Tom Williams BMW since February 2013 and my experience here has been phenomenal thus far. I continue to learn more everyday about this great company and brand. I have been able to apply my love and expertise of helping others directly to my job and that is what I enjoy most about working here. I look forward to meeting old and new customers and showing them why Tom Williams BMW is the best place to purchase and service your vehicle!
I've been working at Tom Williams BMW since 2012. I enjoy off roading in my Jeep, camping, the sport of racing cars, and fishing. I have been married since 2008 to my beautiful wife Laura and we have a daughter named Lilly.
I was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama. I graduated from Ensley High School in 1989 and served six years and six months in the United States Army (four years active and two years six months in the reserves). I have been happily married for nearly eleven years to my wife, Sabrina.We have four boys in all, Christian , Lawrence III , Jadon and Tristan,(who works at the BMW Collision Center). I have lived and worked in several different states in the southeast. Also, I have worked in a wide range of different occupations and done well at them all, but hopefully Sonic will be my last stop. I started with Sonic in January of 2011 working in the detail department and it wasn't long before I realized that the leadership at this company is very willing to recognize and encourage a commitment to excellence and professionalism. There is a devotion to premium service and unwavering standards that I take pride in being a part of. I have always enjoyed meeting good people and I enjoy few things more than being able to help put a smile on someone's face. I did have the opportunity to do that occasionally being a detailer but recently an avenue opened up that would allow me to utilize the stronger traits of my personality in a way that I feel better serves Sonic and provides me with a little more personal satisfaction. I am now employed in the position of service advisor at Tom Williams BMW, (No relation). It is a very challenging position and there is a lot to learn but I work with a team of individuals whose knowledge and professionalism have been a great asset to my personal and career growth. Having the examples that I see around me every day I come to work inspires me to dedicate myself to becoming the best service advisor that I can be. I couldn't be happier to a part of something so special and I look forward to a long and productive future with Sonic Automotive.
